You don't know what you've got til' it's gone
I think people take their voice for granted. I know if I ever get my voice back I am not gonna take it for granted again. Some people take their legs, ears, and eyes for granted. I am thankful that I at least have my legs, ears, and eyes that I can still use. Oh yeah, people take their eating for granted 2.

Agreed. When I eat I always think of you, and how much easier it is for me.
And talking, well, I know you wouldn't take it for granted, if you ever got it back, I have had Larengytis a few times, and it's so hard to communicate with people. My thing is, I start to sign, but I forget not everyone knows how to!
Mom & Dad aren't very consistent about the whole sign language thing and they yell at me about not being consistent about stuff.
