Don't feel stupid, I thought that for years!
I thought the same thing!!! I never knew that ultrasounds were for a lot of medical reasons...I always thought they were for pregnant women too!!!
You can put me on that list too, so did I. My sister resently had to get an ultrasound to check her stomach pain and I asked her jokingly if she wanting me to come hold her hand. Also if it was a boy or girl. I laughed at it more then her.
