Animal cruelty
Why do people take in pets if they're not going to take care of them? I mean why bother to have a pet if your not going 2 feed it, groom it, or take it to the vet when it's sick or injured.I don't just mean dogs & cats. I mean any animal. There should be some kinda law against animal cruelty. Cause that's just wrong.

Agreed, agreed, agreed!! I have a zoo of animals here, and even though $$ is tight, we still make a way to take care of our pets!

Im totally on the same page. I feel so bad for animals that are victims to this.
I do watch Animal Police sometimes and people have been arrested for animal cruelty. Rightly so!!
I hava a neighbor two doors down that took in or should I say "out" a buttload of cats they wander around the neighborhood freely, you know they don't have shots or fixed. Its just wrong. They are domestic they should be inside.
They should have an Animal cops for Illinios.
