This new adjustment SUCKS!!!!!!

I can't move my neck.My Neck hurts sometimes now. I'm having a hard time opening my mouth. This Sucks!!!! I cried the other night I was so depressed. I want a new head just chop this one off and give me a new it'll solve about 90% of my problems.
